Old Doctors Clinic converted to Furnished Office Suites

Bremerton, WA— 04/08/2019 — Bremerton Work Space LLC (BWS) commences the opening of their Professional Office Suite facility at 1310 Bertha Ave. NW.   BWS is designed as a comfortable, affordable and productive work environment for individuals or small businesses to operate.

Partners David Tougas, Trish Tougas, and John Puryear bought the old Olympic View Medical Clinic in January 2018.  “It sat on the market for over 10 years, neglected and had become an eyesore for the neighborhood”.  The partners invested because they believe in the long-term prospects for both the Oyster Bay neighborhood and The City of Bremerton.   David Tougas and his firm, Four Seasons Business Services, is the first anchor tenant.  Four Seasons is an accounting firm that provides other businesses with outsourced bookkeeping, payroll & administered benefits, payables, cash management, and business structure formation recommendations.  FSBS is there as a resource for fellow tenants when needed.

There are currently 12 suites available for lease – 7 suites for individuals, 3 suites that can accommodate up to three people, and two large suites that can accommodate up to 7 associates.  “It’s the amenities that really differentiate BWS from other business properties” says John Puryear, BWS’s Managing Director.  “All tenants have access to a well-equipped conference room with up-to-date display technology, central printer/copier machine, kitchen galley, lounge area for casual meetings, fast shared broadband internet, janitorial servicing and free parking.  In addition, a receptionist is on hand to greet visitors during normal working hours while tenants have secure coded entry allowing access to the building 24/7.  BWS can provide tenants with their own secure VLAN network, a standard phone, and postage services.”  BWS believes that their space is ideal for any professionals who would like to get out of their home and into an office setting where clients can be welcomed.  Many businesses have remote employees that would be better served if they had an office instead of working out of their homes.  Businesses often call renting space short-term or part-time as “hoteling”.  Dedicated and furnished full-time Suite rentals are $595 per month all-inclusive while part-time Suite rentals are less depending upon the number of days needed per week.  Companies can also just book the conference room for meeting space.
